Live in one of the buildings by the train station, or a house up in the North End? Either way, your first session doesn’t have to be in a gym. In the Corva app, you choose a trainer who comes to you, meets you at a spot they set, or trains with you by video, depending on your trainer.

In a downtown building with a gym? You can train there if your building allows it, or right in your living room.
In a house in Wykagyl, Quaker Ridge or Davenport Neck? A spare room, the basement or the driveway can be enough.
No equipment yet? That’s fine. Ask your trainer what, if anything, to have on hand.

Say so when you book. Your trainer starts from where you are, and you set the pace.

Next door in Eastchester, Scarsdale or Mount Vernon? Same app. See all of Westchester, or read about White Plains and Yonkers.
Only want video? Here’s online personal training.
Every Corva trainer is background-checked and certified before they can train with you.
Yes, if your trainer offers in-home sessions and travels to your area. You can train in your unit, or in your building’s gym if the building allows it.
A clear patch of floor is often plenty to start. Tell your trainer about your space, or meet at a location they set instead.
Each trainer sets their own hours, so look for one whose schedule fits yours. On late nights, video is an option if your trainer offers it.
